The seat keeps sliding down my frame. The bolt at the bottom has scratched my frame down to the carbon fiber. Same thing happens when installed on my wife's mtb. I have the Giant Reign, she has a Liv Embolden. We have followed the instructions down to the last detail, watched videos, and even got someone in T7 to help. Even tried installing the seat so tight it's started to bend the Shotgun metal bar. Nothing. My son is 16kgs, within carrying weight. It keeps him on during rides, but he's sliding up and down the frame. Even sliding so far back the little lad gets hit when dropper seat goes down (that was the last straw for me). It certainly keeps my son on the bike but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who loves their child (and their bike).
