I'm pleased with the rack; it was easy to assemble and is robust. Initially undecided between this and a full cage, I'm now content with my choice. This rack offers added benefits such as plate storage and a pull-up bar. Additionally, it simplifies loading the barbell for deadlifts before transitioning to the floor. Went with the FORCE USA Light Commercial Flat Bench and it is a good combo.

I have this in my garage gym setup and it is very practical. Plenty of storage for Olympic plates, the j hooks are easy to adjust as well as the safety bars. And it has a pull up bar too which is great! Only con I would say is that it doesn’t have the measurement markings where the holes are to put the j hooks etc so you need to take note of where exactly you place them at what hole level. Other than that, great product! Wish there was extra attachments to buy through Torpedo 7, like a lat pull down attachment.
