It's a bit bulky and heavy for backpacking/hiking IMHO, but I don't have any problems adding this to my backpack on my hikes. Absolutely fine for car camping which I do once in a while. Very comfortable 3/4 inflated, adequate size for me, I'm 5/11.

Easy to inflate (we used a pump that plugged into the car) and comfy. No complaints from us!
