    Overall this sleeping mat is good. Not great but good. I really just wish it was a bit wider. At 50cm it may be too narrow for many men as you feel as though you will roll off during the night. Pros: It packs down very small and is very lightweight, excellent for taking tramping. Good thickness means it is comfortable and provides good in insulation on most surfaces. I slept on rough ground and felt nothing. Feels farily durable. Cons: Too narrow at 50cm to be truly comfortable. The foot pump is not easy to use. It is easier to just blow into the airvalve, the whole thing then inflates ina few big breaths very quickly (which is good).

    At first I wasn't sure how to pump it up but after reading previous reviews I found you had to cover the hole to pump it up. After that it only took about 30sec to pump up. Very comfy to lie on and very long. The only thing is that it is quite narrow so that could be an issue for some. Other than that it is a fantastic sleeping mat for a great price!
